Directions
- Rinse a pinch of bulgur and then let it soak in water for about 10minutes.
- Peel the avocado, remove the stone and place it in a bowl with some lemon juice.
- Chop the onion and add to it salt and pepper.
- Add the fresh mint to all the ingredients.
- Spread on a serving dish and drizzle some extra olive oil.
