Avocado 1
Onion 1
Bulgur Small Pinch
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Fresh Mint
Salt & Pepper

5 EASY STEPS FOR A VERY HEALTHY DISH!

Directions

  1. Rinse a pinch of bulgur and then let it soak in water for about 10minutes.
  2. Peel the avocado, remove the stone and place it in a bowl with some lemon juice.
  3. Chop the onion and add to it salt and pepper.
  4. Add the fresh mint to all the ingredients.
  5. Spread on a serving dish and drizzle some extra olive oil.
