so this recipe is something quick and easy post those gym workouts or lazy but healthy weekend breakfasts π
Directions
Avocado and eggs on bread toast ;
Guacamole my style ;
In a mortar n pestle mash together avocado n mango , ( u can also mash with a spoon in a bowl or use a mixer to grind ) to this add the chopped veggies, salt and lemon juice to taste . Add the pomegranate for a crunchy texture .( do not grind with pomegranate )
On a toasted bread spread the guacamole and top it with eggs ( ur way ) boiled , fried or poached.
