It\’s homemade Lebanese cottage cheese. Enjoyed with Honey and bananas.
Directions
- Pour the milk in a saucepan till they boil.
- Turn off the heat, add the vinegar.
- Watch how curds are forming.
- Strain them in a fine mesh strainer.
- Now you have the Ariche.
- Enjoy it with your loved ones
